SDSU Hoopla

In 1993 Chad Nelson was a freshman point guard on the Aztec basketball team🏀 the first game was in Peterson gym . Our Hoopla group had sold 20 “front row” seats for $1000 per seat 🏀 we even had to buy the white chairs!! 🏀 When the game ended before going into the locker room my son Chad. ran over to give me a hug😍. Jack said is that your son?? I said yes!!! And I met Jack for the first time👍👍. Jack grew to love Chad and would verbally attack the stat keeper because he didn’t give Chad enough assists🏀 4 years later at Chad going away reception after the game in the sports arena🏀. Jack gave Chad $200 in ones for all the assists the stat guy missed 👍👍👍👍 Jack was a class act, gentleman ,loved his family and made everyone around him better for knowing him.
